Terms of use

1. The website

This website tells you about KTORQ car tissue and lets you send us an order or enquiry on WhatsApp. We try to keep everything on it accurate and up to date, but we may change or correct the content, prices or products at any time.

2. The product

KTORQ is soft facial tissue in a tube made to sit in standard car cup holders. Photos and the film show the product as closely as we can; colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen. Cup holders vary between cars, so please check that yours takes a standard bottle-sized holder.

For your safety, place KTORQ only where it does not get in the way of the gear lever, handbrake or other controls, and pull a tissue only when it is safe to do so.

3. Prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees. One tube currently costs ₹200. The delivery charge depends on where you are and how many you order, and we tell you the delivery charge before we confirm your order. The total shown on the website does not include delivery.

4. How ordering works

• The order form writes your order into a WhatsApp message. Sending that message is a request to buy, not a completed purchase.
• We reply to confirm the quantity, the total with delivery and the delivery details. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it and you agree to the final total.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown wrongly. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

You can pay on delivery, or by UPI after we confirm your order. We never ask for your card details, UPI PIN or OTP. If anyone asks for these in our name, please do not share them and tell us.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the address you give us and share the expected delivery time when we confirm your order. Delivery times are estimates and can change because of the courier, weather or other reasons outside our control. Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct.

7. Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible after delivery, with a photo, and we will work with you to put it right. This does not affect your rights under Indian consumer protection law.

8. Bulk orders

For car showrooms, car wash and detailing centres, cab fleets and other businesses, we send a quote on WhatsApp. The quantity, price, delivery and payment terms we agree in writing for that order apply in addition to these terms.

9. Our content

The KTORQ name, logo, product design, photos, film and text on this website belong to KTORQ. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.

10. Fair use of the website

Please do not misuse the website, try to break or overload it, or use it to send false orders.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian law that cannot be limited.

12. Privacy

How we handle the details you share is explained in our privacy policy.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a disagreement cannot be settled by talking to us, the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have jurisdiction.
